Vlera totale e fletobligacioneve \u00ebsht\u00eb 274,417,404 denar\u00eb. Komuna e Tetov\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 250,165,143 denar\u00eb, Zhelina 21,735,891 denar\u00eb dhe Vinica 2,516,370 denar\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin p\u00ebr financimin e nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 41-b t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Financimin e Nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb Vet\u00ebqeverisjes Lokale, komunat e Tetov\u00ebs, Zhelin\u00ebs dhe Vinic\u00ebs kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Financave p\u00ebr sigurimin e mjeteve p\u00ebr financimin e detyrimeve t\u00eb maturuara dhe t\u00eb papaguara.<\/p>\n
Shfryt\u00ebzuesit e fundit t\u00eb fletobligacionit jan\u00eb kreditor\u00ebt, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve komuna e Tetov\u00ebs, Zhelin\u00ebs dhe Vinic\u00ebs kan\u00eb pasur detyrime t\u00eb maturuara dhe t\u00eb papaguara deri m\u00eb dat\u00eb 30.09.2021. Poseduesit e fletobligacioneve strukturore mund t’i shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb ato p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer detyrimet e tyre ndaj Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb Hyrave Publike, si borxhin tatimor t\u00eb maturuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb TVSH-s\u00eb (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 TVSH-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb importit) dhe tatimit mbi fitimin.<\/p>\n
