K\u00ebshtu njoftuan sot nga Prokuroria Themelore Publike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProkuroria Themelore Publike e Tetov\u00ebs, n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb, ka dor\u00ebzuar aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb personi p\u00ebr vepra penale \u2013 Keqp\u00ebrdorim n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim nga neni 353-c paragrafi 2 n\u00eb lidhje me paragrafin 1, si dhe incizim i paautorizuar nga neni 152 paragrafi 2 i Kodit Penal\u201d, thon\u00eb nga Prokuroria.<\/p>\n<p>Anesteziologu nga Tetova, sipas prokuroris\u00eb ka vepruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb neglizhente dhe ka shkelur r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e pacient\u00ebve dhe stafit mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb procedur\u00ebn e zhvilluar paraprake jan\u00eb mbledhur prova q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin dyshimin e bazuar se i pandehuri n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e zyrtarit anesteziolog i pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Spitalin klinik t\u00eb ISHP-s\u00eb n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb, m\u00eb 14 prill, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb incizim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve dhe pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve dhe e ka publikuar at\u00eb drejp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjet social, duke vepruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme neglizhente n\u00eb ushtrimin e kompetencave dhe detyrave t\u00eb tij dhe duke shkelur r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre\u201d, thon\u00eb nga Prokuroria Themelore Publike.<\/p>\n<p>Prokurori publik n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb ka dor\u00ebzuar propozim p\u00ebr vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit. \/Telegrafi\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb ngritur aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebr regjistrim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve n\u00eb spitalin e Tetov\u00ebs.
